Cal explains how he got involved with the wastewater issue.

 

 

 

 

Salmon for 20 years has had violations.  No violation notice until 2008.  Why does it take $6 million to fix the lagoons?

 

 

 

The violation Notices.  The city does not have the QAP or O&M plans, as specified in the 2007 permit.  The city sends in effluent values in violation of the EPA permit.  Make the Lagoons Aerobic for $50,000 to fix the problem.  We don't have to spend $6 Million, as Keller Associates says.
